About Michelle Nichols

Michelle's first priority in life was to serve and raise her family. She was a 4-H advisor and a member of both the 4-H and FFA Booster Clubs for years. Her family was very active in the JHAO since the boys were old enough to join. She pushed and encouraged her boys to work hard in the barns and always be willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Michelle also served in the Oklahoma Hereford Women Association, where she played a strong role in focusing on the needs of the youth within the organizations. She was the mom that loved her Herefords almost as much as she loved her family.

Win or lose in the show ring, she was mentally strategizing to make things better, but ALWAYS congratulated the winners with compassion. Michelle Nichols exemplified what a perfect Hereford Junior mom should be -- living for her family that lives for the breed.
