
Brad Shephard
Brad Shephard is the son of Annie and the
late Charles Shephard. He has a brother,
Isac, and a sister, Laura. He is a graduate of
Arapaho-Butler High School and Western
Technology Center (WTC) where he received
certications in Diesel Technology. He
was honored to be selected as the March
Student of the month for Arapaho-Butler
High School, he received the Outstanding
Student for Diesel Technology every nine-
week period while attending WTC as well
as having perfect attendance for two years.
He was a member of FFA, Boy Scouts of
America where he received the rank of Life,
Junior Cattlemen’s Association and the Junior
Hereford Association both in Oklahoma
and the National Association. Brad has been
showing Hereford cattle since he was six
years old and plans to take over management
of his grandmothers ranch this summer.
He plans to continue his education this fall
at WTC and enter the welding program.
After receiving his certications in welding,
he plans to enter the welding industry and
continue raising and showing registered
Hereford cattle.
Parker Cantrell
Parker Cantrell is the 20-year-old
son of Steve and Michelle Cantrell.
He is currently a junior at Oklahoma
State University majoring in Animal
Science with an industry focus in Ag
Business. Upon graduation, in the fall of
2020, Parker plans on returning to his
hometown of Skiatook and beginning
a career in the sales industry, while
continuing to develop his growing herd
of Hereford show cattle.
