Junior Hereford Association of Oklahoma (JHAO)
Juniors can find their place in the Junior Hereford Association of
Oklahoma. Educational opportunities, cattle exhibitions and membership
interaction are signature features. Many JHAO members are also members
of the
National Junior Hereford Association (NJHA) |
Hereford Women of Oklahoma (HWO)
Breed promotion and scholarships for youth are mainstay activities of
the Hereford Women of Oklahoma. Activities include an annual scholarship
for Hereford youth, programs for Hereford youth in conjunction with
state fairs, regional shows and the Junior National Hereford Expo. Many
HWO members are also affiliated with the
National
Hereford Women (NHW). Those interested in supporting Hereford
youth programs and scholarships will also be interested in the
Hereford
Youth Foundation (HYFA).
American Hereford Association
Many of our members are also members of the American Hereford
Association (AHA) headquartered in Kansas City, MO. The
AHA web site
offers a wealth of information and resources about Hereford cattle and
the AHA.
